Biography
Maliheh Firouzeh was a 24-year-old woman from Bojnourd who was arrested on January 8, 2026, after being wounded by pellet shots. She died in custody as a result of severe torture, with her family reporting that her body showed signs of broken limbs, burns, and the loss of an eye when it was returned to them 25 days later. Authorities pressured her family to claim her death was a suicide, despite the evidence of state-inflicted violence.
ملیحه فیروزه، زن ۲۴ سالهای اهل بجنورد بود که در ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ پس از اصابت گلولههای ساچمهای توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت شد. او در دوران بازداشت تحت شکنجههای شدید جان باخت و پیکر او پس از ۲۵ روز با آثار شکستگی، سوختگی و آسیبهای شدید بدنی به خانوادهاش تحویل داده شد. نهادهای امنیتی خانواده وی را تحت فشار قرار دادند تا علت مرگ او را خودکشی اعلام کنند، در حالی که شواهد حاکی از قتل او در بازداشتگاه بود.
